The Inpatient Administrative Liaison is primarily responsible for assisting all inpatient programs with human resource functions and assisting with all requirements for human resources on behalf of, and under the direction of, Inpatient Program Directors. The Inpatient Administrative Liaison will provide coordination and support for special projects and administrative functions related to the human resources department and support the Inpatient Program Directors. The Inpatient Administrative Liaison is also responsible for representing the organization while promoting a positive image of Spectrum and its services with employees, clients, and other services in the communities and environments in which Spectrum operates.

Travel between the Westborough Treatment Campus and the Weymouth Programs is required. Mileage reimbursed.


  • BA required.
  • 2 years' experience in human resources or related field preferred.
  • Must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to handle complex and confidential information.
  • Must have valid driver's license. 
  • Ability to make independent administrative decisions.
  • Must be knowledgeable in administrative duties and use of equipment related to administrative functions.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with all levels of personnel, both within and outside company.
  • Proficient with Windows NT, Microsoft Office, Excel.
  • Bilingual/bicultural (Spanish) preferred.
