In 1993, Spectrum established its Correctional Treatment Division to provide specialized treatment to offenders with a history of chronic substance abuse and criminal behavior.   Using a cognitive-behavioral skill building and therapeutic community approach, Spectrum's correctional treatment programs teach participants practical ways to achieve a law abiding life, free from drugs and crime.  Today, Spectrum provides a range of services to more than 6,500 criminal offenders each day, in community-based settings and correctional institutions throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Georgia, Tennessee, and Virginia.

The Integrated Treatment Programs Supervising Psychologist is responsible for supervising the delivery of clinical services for the Integrated Treatment Program. The Integrated Treatment Programs Supervising Psychologist ensures treatment services are delivered in accordance with evidence-based practices and Spectrum's clinical design and ensures that the clinical staff is highly trained and proficient in the delivery of clinical services. This position works closely with Georgia Department of Corrections (GDC) personnel, other institutional vendors, and off-site Spectrum staff to ensure delivery of services.

Must be willing to work up to 24 hour per week.


  • Georgia Licensed Clinical Psychologist.
  • Must have experience with mental health, co-occurring disorder experience is preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in counseling supervision preferred.
  • Experience working with CARF standards or other related requirements preferred.
